Interview
It was a 20 minutes phone interview. The manager was very polite and he listened well. I haven't gotten a response since then. So am still waiting. They called me like a week earlier and asked if I would be free to do the interview on the stated date. I was to send back a confirmatory email which I did. However I haven't heard from them since then. Am wondering how long it will take until they get back to me

You will be informed to attend in a digital interview, powered by HireVue. It only took around 15 minutes or so. No real person in actual time involved, only pre-recorded video with a person in it.
Online Interview, Applied online, no referral. Only got the online self recording. Feels discriminating as you Never hear feedback after interview.it had 5 questions and for each question you had set time to read the questions and answer questions in set time.

It was a video interview consisting of about five questions, which are pretty straight-forward. But it was just waste of time considering the fact that they send invite to do these video interviews to pretty much who ever applied to the role. Also it felt weird staring into the screen and talking to yourself.
