Interview
HR reached out to do a quick phone interview. I had a very pleasant conversation with the employee. Then, I virtually interviewed with two principals and one manager that I would be working with. The principals and manager came to the interview unprepared (in a rush), dressed in sweatpants and a hoodie, chewing gum, and barely asked any questions about me. It was frankly embarrassing on their part.

They mainly wanted to know my prior work experience with a former public firm. The questions seemed like they wanted to know more about the firm (and what clients the firm was servicing) rather than what I could bring to the table.
