It was a great process with interviewers that were genuine and great to talk with. They followed up quickly and moved along quickly. They appreciated follow up emails and through interview answers.
Interviews were small panels (1-4 peers for the role) or one-on-one with executives. Sessions were scheduled for 50 minutes and always stuck to the scheduled times. Interviewers introduced themselves, asked the candidate for a short intro then proceeded to ask questions in a "round robin" style, saving the last 15 minutes or so of the interview for the candidate to ask questions.

The process was straightforward, simple, and worth every moment. The team was on the call, where each person asked a series of questions until we got to the end. After that, I had an interview with the managing director for a cultural fit.
