Phone screening interview, all the onboarding paperwork and tasks have to be completed before you start so it's a drain on current employer. Then there are 2 in person interviews.

Interview
Interviewer stated they only promote from within and do not see how outside medical knowledge correlates. Did not seem interested in even having an interview other than the recruitment team had said I was a good fit. When I brought up my degree in the field, they repeatedly stated they don’t have a degree and prefer to see an underdog story where they rose from the bottom to succeed.

Interview
This took forever initially and then they wanted me there in a very short time constraint and ready to travel immediately. It took 3 months or more to get the real phone interview, then an onsite. Offer letter was not complete as the moving expenses were not mentioned and after hire they added an addendum saying you had to stay one year or pay back.
