I was contacted by the manager and had a quick phone interview with some basic background questions. Towards the end of the call, I was invited to an in-person interview with the imaging department manager and MRI manager. The interview consisted of the usual: going over my education, experience, the job requirements, etc. Once we went over that, they wanted to talk casually to get a feel for my personality. Above all else they wanted someone that would be a good fit.

How do you investigate implants for MRI compatibility?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baptist Easley Hospital
Interview
Online application process, followed by a brief telephone interview to schedule an in-person interview with HR Manager. I was then invited for a peer interview with a group of 5 peer-level employees that I would be working closely with on a daily basis ("monitored" by HR Manager), using pre-selected behavior-based interview questions. Immediately after that second interview, I was asked to wait for about 15 minutes while the group deliberated/ calculated their recommendation; the group unanimously recommended that I interview with the CEO, who was available within the next ten minutes. The CEO offered the job to me, on the spot!
