I applied online. I interviewed at Baptist Health South Florida (Miami, FL) in Feb 2020
Interview
For a position in the Case Management Department, you go through a panel 1 interview with a manager and then panel 2 is with supervisors and team leaders. The questions are situation based and they are looking for responses using the STAR method. A typical question is something like "tell us about a time you had a disagreement with a coworker and how was the situation resolved." They may also go "off script" and ask you questions that are typical in most interviews.

Question 1
"Tell us about a time you had a disagreement with a coworker. How did you react and how was the situation resolved."
Tedious and dragged out. Very disjointed process and at times frustrated due to long turnaround times. Follow ups at times we’re not made, applicant had to do the extra to find out if they were a potential candidate and sometimes a straight answer wasn’t given due to fear of missing out on a candidate- literally left you hanging

Question 1
Depended on the department you were interviewing for and how many director managers you were being held to assist
The interview process was good. It’s a panel style interview therefore it’s important to understand the positions responsibilities and be prepared to answer difficult questions. My interview was via zoom so fortunately it was a very seamless experience.
