Bausch Health interview questions

It was a 5 step interview process for me, 2 interviews with the HM (virutal + in-person), 1 interview with HR Manager, and 1 interview with the Director. It was nerve wracking each time, asked all standard questions. Overall, great interview experience in terms of the people I spoke with, all personable and good flow between questions, they were reading a script. You could tell they were looking for specific answers though that matched the role and who you were speaking with.
