I recently had a very disappointing interview experience with Bebran Digital.
The interview felt extremely unstructured and unprofessional. Despite applying for an SEO role that requires a broad range of skills and strategic thinking, the entire interview revolved around just one question: “How would you explain an 8-month traffic drop to a client?”
There were no follow-up questions, no discussion about my past experience, technical expertise, tools I’ve worked with, or problem-solving approach. It didn’t feel like a proper evaluation of my 4.5 years of SEO experience at all.
An interview should be a two-way conversation where both the company and candidate assess each other. Unfortunately, this interaction felt rushed and lacked depth, making it difficult to showcase my skills or understand the company’s expectations.
Overall, it was not a great experience and did not reflect a professional hiring process.
