I was ghosted. I was selected for an interview, no one show up for the virtual meeting. It was extremely disappointing to say the least. I was expecting some sort of follow up.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Beam Benefits (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
100+ jobs posted and reposted. Aggressive recruitment to interview, no response after interview and multiple follow-ups. Hiring manager bleeds you for competitive information, doesn't hire but uses your information to pursue directly.

Question 1
District Manager kicked-off the interview admitting he had no experience in the insurance industry but his parents did. Then asked me to walkthrough mine and attempted to get top prospect info out of me.
This was the most bizarre and frustrating interview experience I've ever had. I had 5 or 6 interviews in total, including meeting the full executive team (CEO, CFO, CIO, General Counsel). I was also sent a case study prompt that I spent several hours of my own time completing separately - yet I never had a chance to share it with anybody, because I was completely ghosted out of the blue, with no reasoning or rationale provided. I didn't even receive a generic decline update... they just went completely radio silent on me after I had put 10+ hours into their interview process.
"Empathy" was the team's favorite buzzword to throw around in the discussions I had - and I just can't help but laugh now at the irony. Their approach here was the exact anthesis of empathetic or courteous.

Question 1
A significant focus across all interviews was making sure candidates are okay with having the CEO/others deep in the weeds of their day-to-day work. Very much a culture of working collaboratively over working asynchronously - which may be interesting for some, but probably not a good fit for anyone with an aversion to micromanagement.
