Three stage interview. First is with the HR, second is with a manager of the team + work case and the final with the partner.
HR interview is a pretty straight forward one. Asking for motivation, past experience as they are determining if you are fit for the upcoming interviews.
Second is more of a technical nature, but they like to know your prior knowledge.
Third and the most important interview with a partner, depends on a partner, if a partner wishes to pursue more of a technical or get-to-know-you interview
