It’s very nice to have someone engage in a conversation and get to know you. It was refreshing and helped me see their values and how they treat their employees like humans. Very transparent about their program and how their jobs work.

They asked about my experience, my goals and why I wanted to work with them. They said they were very different as far as their style of aba and showed me the natural type set up in the rooms.
