Very deep dive into my experiences working with children. It was obvious they wanted to make sure I was a good fit before hiring me. the interviewer was extremely knowledgeable and had clearly done many interviews and knew exactly how to put me at ease.

Detailed, asked alot of queztions asked mostly about availability they seem strict with that they contact yout work references if hired and you dont have much a choice not much else they just ask about previous work and experience

I applied online and received a phone call to set up an in-person interview several days later. I had to schedule my interview a week in advance due to being sick. The interview was pleasant and relaxing, so that helped relieve some anxiety I had previously. I got a call 24 hours later and received and accepted their offer! I heard good things about this company so I'm glad I made the decision to go with BAE. Can't wait to start soon.
