Bekk Consulting interview questions

Interview was split in two with a technical and a social part, starting with the technical. 30-45 minutes on each. Nice people, but some of the technical questions reminded me of an exam.

Reliable and clear, yet pragmatic and personal. I got a great overall impression of the company! The process started with a personal conversation with the managing director (my potential manager) who explained the reason for hiring, asked me about personal interests, and basically sold me the company as the first step. After that a more rigorous process began, with personality tests, IQ tests and QA from other partners.
