The process was friendly and very long. It was a lot of questions about how I would be fit to be a salesperson. I recommend listening to Zig Ziglar podcasts in preperation. To get your mentality right for an ethical sales job.
two interviews, one with HR, one with manager. Depending on location, manager may be strict but i had a good one. HR asked very general questions, not hard. Please prepare for your interview, they will know if youre prepared or not
Extremely unprofessional people. Had an interview here a while back, the manager made me stand and wait in the corner for 3 HOURS !! I waited for 3 hours after which the manager did not even bother to apologize and interviewed for like just about 5 mins - barely gave any time for the interview.
Extremely unprofessional, if you schedule a time for an interview you should set aside time for it and respect a candidate's time. Just because a store is busy is absolutely no excuse for this kind of treatment. DO BETTER !
At least have the decency to offer the candidate some water, a seat, or at the minimum an apology.

interview process was with one person one interview and one screening yeah. It was not hard and was lax. would recommend but very hard maintain job lot pressure if you dont meet the deadline
