Really easy, basically once I got to the office for my interview I got the job. Applied a while ago maybe around April, and then some time in May I got a call from some Bell tech HR rep. He asked if I was at least 18, how long I'd have been driving, and if I was in university or college. After he asked if I could come over to the office the next day for an interview. I was seated with a group of people at first and one of the safety reps came in and explained the job. Afterwards individual HR reps would take each one of us privately for more questions. Questions were really simple just asked to sort some wires (I think just to confirm if we differentiate between them) and then why I wanted to work as a Field Tech. Afterwards another Rep or hiring manager would take us on a quick driving test. Almost like taking a mini G2 test but a lot more chill. After all that basically they gave you the offer and you had to do a mandatory health test. BTW this part almost screwed me over, because no one told me beforehand not drink any fluids (probably a given but a heads up would be nice) before the test because they check your blood pressure so just remember that. Health test was simply carrying ladders, checking to see if you didn't have high blood pressure etc. After all that I was ready to go.
