Bellingham School District interview questions

You are typically in the room with an assistant principal and the teacher you would most likely be working with in that classroom assignment. They will ask you multiple questions about your experience and background on working with students. The age groups you've worked with, and the types of behaviors you've worked with and how you've been able to respond to situations is a heavy factor.

It’s was fairly okay to meet with staff and director at the time along with other liaisons in the interview process. It is about 45 minutes long. Along with a follow up interview with admin you will work with and for in the school district.
