Interview
Interview process was smooth and efficient. Communication throughout the process was clear, and scheduling moved quickly. The conversations felt like genuine discussions rather than just a checklist of questions. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and willing to share insights about the team and company culture. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.
2 in person interviews, both with atleast 2 senior staff members. The first interview the focus was very much towards outlining what the role and responsibilities would entail. The 2nd interview was more technical.

Interview
It was a little lengthy, with the meeting of 4 people in total and a tour of the office. Although this took time, I believe it helped them and myself to make sure it's a good fit.
