The people that interviewed me were very nice and encouraged more of a 2-way conversion style. Coming into this role, it's expected that you're going need to several months to become fully comfortable with their software and processes, and they make this crystal clear from the start. They seem interested in finding out if you're the type of person willing to go out and find answers on your own as opposed to being told everything directly. We did have a conversation about managing and analyzing data, but it wasn't expected that I was going to come into this role with strong SQL skills. I was told I'd just need to be open to learning.
