Interview

It reflected a strong sense of Swedish workplace cultureâcollaborative, respectful, and people-focused. Communication was clear at every stage, and I appreciated how well-coordinated the process was from start to finish.

A key focus in the interview was finding someone who isn't just a manager, but also hands-on and willing to execute tasks independently. I was asked several questions about my ability to roll up my sleeves and get things done myself, not just delegate or strategize from a distance.
