BestStart interview questions

After applying online it took approximately one month for their recruitment team to call me. Did a phone screening, set up an in person interview where I unexpectedly was asked to do a 30mins computer test (a heads up on this would have been nice) and then I was asked for my references. After my references where contacted I received a call to say they went with someone else. I was gutted, it would have been better if they’d made that call before asking for my references. Overall experience was well organised though.

The interview was held in a calm and welcoming environment, which helped put me at ease. The questions were straightforward and easy to understand, so I didn’t feel nervous at any point. Overall, the process was smooth and relaxed.
