The other post detailing the 6 step process was pretty similar to what I went through. I am relieved that I was not the only one who did not have a pleasant experience with the same interviewer (sounded like it was the same person) for similar reasons. I actually think the rest of the interviewers were solid, they were encouraging and considerate. I hope the team consider reshuffling their list of interviewers, or perhaps review the process internally for the benefit of attracting good talent in the future. He jumped right into the SQL session without providing much context about the requirements and expectations, and appear to be condescending or asking edge cases without consideration that the candidate is not familiar with the content and is going by whatever details given. It was a very ambiguous SQL test session.
