The director asked me how I handle conflict, what my teaching style is, and explained the onboarding process. We also had a transparent conversation regarding pay in the childcare industry and I was comforted to know that we were on the same page about the disparity.

Interview
The interview was very pleasant. You're greeted at the door and let into the secured building. Three possible hires including myself sat in the common area to fill out a paper application and were interviewed individually. My interview was pleasant. I was offered a position but was never given a start date. After my third time contacting them, I let it go.
