Interview
The whole process was super smooth from start to finish. Applying was easy, and I got clear information at every stage so I always knew what was coming next. The team was really welcoming and friendly . They made me feel at ease right away. I had a great time chatting with management and the second interview felt relaxed. Accommodating with my preferred start date, which I appreciated. Overall, a really positive and professional experience.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Big Business Events (Chelmsford, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Interview was conversational 1:1 with a manager, asked about experience and to describe myself. The manager then explained more detail about the role, the company and what they do. I asked questions about what they offer, sales revenue and team size. The manager explained evenings and weekends will be required. No mention of days off in lieu. The manager did mention people often burn out in this role as it's very demanding.
