I was offered two interviews: one with a fellow senior strategist and a HR rep (both 1:1) and the second with the head VP of the Strategy dept. The interviews happened about a week apart. They were both rather casual. Business casual dress and they were both geared toward getting to know me personally and what I studied in my MBA program.

Met one-on-one with a variety of people, including other strategists and project managers. Was a very casual discussion around my background, the environment at the company, and my previous experiences. A lot of focus was put on fit with the team and company culture. Since it's a very small, tight-knit company, it was clearly important that I fit in personality-wise.
