Interview
I applied online and received a phone call the next day offering me an interview. I came to the store, waited at the service desk for the assistant manager, and then was interviewed in a meeting room. The interview was quite casual and the interviewer was lovely. The interview questions were all about availability and physical capability, apart from your basic 'tell me about yourself' and 'why do you want to work here?'
Online process, that included written application. Sent through resume through and was picked for induction as the job was for Christmas work intake. Induction was with everyone else that was selected to work.

Customer service based questions, previous experience of any
Group interview and also solo interview with manager and group of other people interviewing. was around 1 hour long. Took two weeks post interview to get the job, and started instantly which was great.
