Applied through WOW portal, got an email a bit later with an invitation to a group interview. Started with a short briefing by the leader about Big W, uniform requirements and what the job entailed (picking/packing). More older people than high school/uni students - around 14 people. Free treat size chocolates! Short introduce your partner to the group icebreaker activity. Had to sit with ur group (unsupervised) as people were called out one by one for an interview. Each took about 15 minutes, once you had yours you could leave. Got rejected on the spot due to availability/transport issues.
