They sent me a test exercise to complete it. After a week he called me and informed me that my solution was good but it was complex. I considered worst case scenarios to make it efficient but they dont want efficiency
3 step interview process:
Recruiter call about 30-45 mins.
followed by technical interview with 2 team
Members (1 hour)
Followed by a in person meeting with management.(1 hour)
Team members and all interviewers where good.
