Interview
Two round interview process which was very human and conversational. No trick questions and very respectful of candidates time. Genuinely just trying to find the right fit for the team.
3 stage interview. With HR, then Head of Tech sends a tech test, then Head of Tech and Account Manager lead will do a code review and ask you to go over your code together and add some changes and amends.

Interview
The hiring process was really friendly and respectful throughout two interviews. The first interview was 1:1 with the head of UX and was very conversational. I had my portfolio ready to walk through work but this wasn't needed. In my second interview a week later, I met with the head of research and one of the founders. Again, this was very conversational and was really about getting a sense of my fit for the business. In both sessions, questions were genuine and reasonable, no curveballs trying to catch you out etc. I was then offered a position the following day.
