skype chat, question and answers, was not a bad experience, think it went well, I was offered the job right at the end of the interview, but I am still not sure about the salary offered.
It was easy and took about a hour. No video just chat. The description of the job was good and very helpful. The interview made me feel like they were really interested in getting to know me and made a good decision based on individuality.
