In person panel interview. Went over my resume and asked why I was leaving my previous job. It was a comfortable interview until one of the higher-ups joined. I already knew she was not interested in hiring me, let alone, interview me the moment she saw me. She explained the job position, and to be honest, the responsibilities for this position was more than it should be for the pay. When the interview was over, I was going for a handshake, but the lady just turned around and left without a "nice talking to you" or anything. The first half of the interview with the younger people was pleasant and professional (I wish the best for them), but the second half with the older lady was just REALLY uncomfortable. Was told to hear back through email in a week, but didn't of course. But that's ok, since I was offered a position at a known company a couple days after this interview.
