If your experience is not directly related, its very hard to pass the screening round. Technical skills that can be transferrable are also not asked about during the call. They also expect lots of experience in their services. Hard to break in, type of company.

Interview
Face-to-face with 2 gentlemen (European Sales Manager and Marketing Manager) interview was 1.5hrs. Second interview was face-to-face with a presentation, I was told two people would be there but there were 4 people (European sales manager, HR and 2 others who's titles I don't recall).
They offered to pay for travel time, which was very good. They seemed like a good company to work for, although their feedback from the interview didn't make sense.
