Birch Communications interview questions

interivewed online through website got a email for an interivew a few days later had interview 2 days after email was sent interviewed with 2 people that asked me questions related to my past experience and job history After interview they said they will make calls on decisions that next week I followed up yesterday with the person that emailed me and she stated they were making the call either yesterday or today and that she would keep me updated

I had a half hour phone interview with a recruiter. We discussed my job history, the type of position I was looking for, the duties of the job that was available, my strengths and weaknesses, and my compensation requirements. Then, I was invited in for a personal interview, where I met with the recruiting team.
