Interview
Before the actual interview, there's a test that must be done in 2-5 days, depending on department. If the test is passed, they invite you to the interview.
The interview is a video-conference held on Google Meets. The participants from the company side consists of a person from HR and the leader of the department/team.
Casual chit-chat, the test is also discussed in a few words.

Nach einem ersten Screening-Gespräch habe ich zwei Monate lang keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde mir gesagt, dass ich am nächsten Tag einen Anruf erwarten könne. Dieser Anruf kam jedoch nie. Der gesamte Prozess war äußerst unprofessionell und enttäuschend. Ich kann Bitpanda als Arbeitgeber in diesem Zusammenhang nicht empfehlen.
