Call with recruiter and then call with the Software Manager. Overall the interview was cordial and not eventful but the expectations were a bit unrealistic. They expected me to be an expert in AWS and be able to lead and teach the junior engineers and be the go to guy for that. I had limited cloud experience so that is why they declined to move me further. If they had just read my resume, they would have known that! What a waste of time and energy and excitement just to be denied due to lack of cloud experience.
