They ask me questions about my last lob and I told them answers I told them that I was a cashier, I was a helper to whoever needed help and help them with there work.

Interview
Friendly interview. The founder knew exactly what he was looking for in the position, and pointedly asked about the concerns he had. It is a small, but growing team, so the right candidate was very important. There was a good vision for the position. The interview itself lasted approx. half an hour.
