Very well managed and clear expectations. Communication was clear and unbiased from the start. I felt like they really took care to understand who I am as a person, how I think and what I bring to the table. Great energy in the team, met a lot of smart and nice people. Everyone takes pride in their work and it reflects in the quality of the product and team dynamics. Chose not to accept the offer because I'm not ready to start commuting to Utrecht; Would have accepted otherwise, if able to negotiate a competitive salary;
