Interview
I applied online in late November 2021. First-round is an online test consisting of 10 basic math questions. Then I got an email from hr about the schedule of the 1st User Interview, the 2nd User Interview, and the HR Interview. I love how they schedule all the recruitment processes at once (no ghosting2 club wkwk). I failed on the 1st User Interview.

Question 1
theory:
Java OOP concepts, SQL and NoSQL concepts, internship experiences, Redis and Kafka concepts.
live code:
Fibonacci with different approaches.
There a 3 interview process :
1. with user (live code)
2. with head of engineering -> discuss about database, and other technology
3. with HR (disscuss about ourself, how we handle problem, how we work each other)

Interview
The first I applied online from blibli career website. And then the HR text me if I have finished my study. And then they send me link to do technical test in conceptninjas. The test is not about programming. It just about basic math. After that, I invited to first user interview with lead and engineering manager. I introduced my self and they ask me about the basic of java, sql, and project that I have done before. And then they give me 2 coding problem that must be solved in hackerrank. They ask me to optimized the code.
After pass the first user interview, I invited into the second user interview with VP and HR in the same day. I was asked about my final project, logic test, and some spring boot basic.
The HR Interview will be held if only we pass the user interview.
After the HR interview, I was ask to do medical checkup.
