Block Customer Support interview questions

I received an e-mail from an HR rep asking for a writing sample. They were 5 basic questions regarding the company and payment policies. Coming from the industry already, I knew the answers, so they were certainly correct. I did receive an e-mail the next business day stating they would not be moving forward with my application. I know a lot of people apply for these positions, so who knows if it was based on the writing sample.
