The recruiter and recruiting process was very lacking. The recruiter was not engaging and had very poor communications in email and verbally. Did not respond to emails in a timely manner and left details out of emails. The recruiter was 20 minutes late to the phone interview and when I did have the interview did not explain the process. Had a call with the hiring manager, which was fine, but ultimately did not move forward. When I asked for some feedback from the recruiter, I received crickets, nothing. Not even a reply to my email. If this is the way a potential candidate is treated, I'd cringe to think of how actual employees are treated.
