The process started with a phone screening and the site interview was arranged after a push with a follow up email with HR. The on-site interview was a very pleasant experience and went really good. After 2 weeks I received the email for the assessment and after sending that out and it was reviewed (after 1.5 week) the final interview with the Head of Operations was arranged. The interview with him was neutral and he said that i will know about the result beginning of next week. After 3 weeks, I've sent a follow up email and the HR person told me that she will ask and she will come back to me shortly. Still, 1.5 month after the final interview I'm waiting for the results...
