Blockthrough Optimization Lead interview questions

Several rounds of interviews with different team members. It was clear the different interviewers did not connect before having conversations. Hiring staff also changed after an interview and no new contact was given. It was very informal, no structure but the people themselves were great. Had 4 conversations and believe there was going to be one more after that.
