I recently had a disappointing experience with their interview process. I was contacted directly by a lead to schedule an interview, without any prior discussions or communication from a recruiter. Using the Calendly link they provided, I scheduled three back-to-back interview rounds.
Each interview went smoothly, with the interviewers providing positive feedback and explicitly stating that I had passed the round and would be moved to the next stage. After the third round, however, I didn’t receive any communication for over a week, despite the last interviewer mentioning that they had already informed the next interviewer to send me a link for the next round.
Since there was no recruiter involved, I reached out to the interviewers directly for an update. Instead of receiving a response, I was sent a generic rejection email without any explanation. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received any feedback or clarification.
Based on this experience, I would advise caution when considering interviewing with them, as the process felt like a waste of time, with a noticeable lack of transparency and communication throughout.

I passed the video chat phone screen (code-road) and went to an onsite. There was no HR there and I waited around for a while. I met with two software engineers who were not friendly or engaged (checking their phones). There was a whiteboard coding challenge (beware!) and an architecture challenge (also whiteboard). I felt that the process did not assess my abilities as an engineer.
