They give you a hacker rank test as part of screening
Next a big take home test having 2 tasks ti complete within a span of 2-7 days
Getting a mail on clearing that test and asking for schedule to set up 1:1
Finally ghosting you for good even after multiple mails
Never interview for such pathetic classless companies who play with candidates emotions and time just for them to complete their ad-hoc in-house projects in the name of take home tests and then getting ghosted
I read multiple such posts about Bolt but still had hopes and went ahead and gave my time and skills for nothing
