The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

One interview, behavioral very chill. Just know as much as you can about the company. We don't say Booz Allen Hamilton, we say Booz Allen or you can say Booz. But Booz Allen is the best. We say the firm a lot when referring to the company. My interview process was different so It's best not to share it.
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
