The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Interview
The interview was with a project manager. It was behavioral and very conversational. I then had a second interview with the client they were working with. They wanted to the know the reasoning behind my career decisions and also asked about my technical expertise and how I learned.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
