Two stages with a recruiter screen then a three interviews with three managers. Very conversational.
After that a few weeks later you get the offer. Takes about a month to complete the whole process but it is a very nice interview process.

One interview with 3 people. Just resume focused. I applied for a Mid Level role, so they asked me about some of the school senior projects as well, why do i want to work here, all that good stuff
The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
