Straight forward and transparent interview process. Came in and spoke with who would be my prospective supervisor and one of his colleagues. Questions were reasonable and expected given the position.
Process was intense with multiple rounds of interviews taking place over a three month time period. In each interview round there were more than 3 people on each slate. Process was communicated in advance.

Describe an experience you had direct input on that you are proud of.
Straight forward interview process which included senior management. Typical questions regarding the role and the background of the company. Answers to my questions were answered with relative ease. Can't say you can ask for much more during an interview process.
