CV followed by shortlisting of candidates from various disciplines. Aptitude (basic) then Technical questions. Then at the end, the HR round was there. How to increase words if everything has been written already. Why are you people checking paragraph writing skills.

What Q-factor and RLC circuit-based problems were asked.
Interview was about mostly technical questions rather than HR questions. Thermodynamics, Mechanics of Solids, Fluids, Materials engineering , manufacturing technology, Advanced Manufacturing technology is main part of the interview process.
