Interview
1. HR explains the process and gets to know you better
2. Aptitude test - Easy
3. Within 2 days video call interview with Hiring Manager and Process Team Lead
4. If selected Voice and Accent round which includes typing as well. - Easy
5. Within a week you'll get your results irrespective of the outcome.
I declined the offer because they offered way less salary compared to my last drawn even after they knew my package since the very beginning. If you couldn't offer a decent package, why do you want to waste the candidate time and the Hiring Manager time.
It was nice and went smoothly. HR was supportive and Managers were easy going.
Environment was comfortable. Can take interview virtually too. But walkin is better. 2 test will happen. One is email and another one is versant.
