Too many rounds of interviews like why are there more than five rounds for interviews as a intern? It was honestly a bit ludicrous. Especially with the lack of transparency of whether or not one gets an offer letter

2 interviewers. 4 candidates. Open-ended philosophical question that ends up being a directionless 1 hour Zoom call. People took turns to talk, but was a very sloppy format and unconventional experience.
